说，就算你不上curb也不能在这里u-turn。。我不明白，但赶紧说，知道了，下不为例
。。然后他就走了
我还是不明白，路口没有不准u-turn的sign，为啥不能u-turn? 就因为路比较窄？也是

而且他们的交规都是活话，什么确保安全的情况下之类的
加州的说法是这样的：从来不理解最后一条。。。
Illegal U-Turns
Never make a U-turn:
At or on a railroad crossing.
On a divided highway by crossing a dividing section, curb, strip of land, or
two sets of double yellow lines.
Where you cannot see clearly 200 feet in each direction because of a curve,
hill, rain, fog, or other reason.
Where a "No U-Turn" sign is posted.
When other vehicles may hit you.
On a one-way street.
In front of a fire station. Never use a fire station driveway to turn your
vehicle around.
In business districts. Areas with churches, apartments, multiple dwelling
houses, clubs, and public buildings (except schools) are also considered to
be business districts. Turn only at an intersection or where openings are
provided for turns.
