we studied a lot of the first amendment last quarter but mainly case laws.
it's
very interesting to look into details of law.
my idea about this is: despite the law, ppl are never really free in speech at
all.
what we can know is still controlled, by media. but it's better to have it
than not.
i remember the person who put bombs in mailboxes expressed similar thougths
about free speech.
