A. This would leave gay Californians without the right to marry in the state
and would tell the roughly 40 states that do not allow same-sex marriages
that there is no constitutional problem in limiting marriage to a man and a
woman.
Such an outcome probably would trigger a political campaign in California to
repeal Proposition 8 through a ballot measure and could give impetus to
similar voter or legislative efforts in other states.

近一个月，下雨耽误了几天。等可以正式开始干时contractor一般来
1-2人干1-2个小时，然后就不见影了，估计是他同时在别的地方干。

Video recordings of the Proposition 8 trial cannot be made public, the Ninth
Circuit Appeals Court has ruled.
In a 23-page ruling issued Thursday, a three-judge panel, which has yet to
issue its decision on whether to uphold U.S. district judge Vaughn Walker’s
2010 decision striking down Prop. 8, reversed a lower court ruling on the
