无线充电方面， 4年不到天朝外资企业工作经历，希望能在美国找到相关的工作。今年
来美旅游后，有强烈的欲望想在美国找到一份合适的工作， 不知道版上各位大牛能否

发帖数: 618 | 2 感觉很难，即便公司给了你offer，你没有美国本土的master+学位，每年4月份H1b抽签
就是个费劲的差事。即便运气好抽到了，公司还要等到你10月份才能上班，不知道有多
少公司愿意等这么久。
当然如果你有美国的工作许可，那另当别论了。

有个work visa 就可以了吗？我也不需要公司帮我拿美国绿卡， 只想在美国工作生活
， 老了以后我想可能还是回新西兰安度晚年的。不知道这样有没有公司愿意要我？

发帖数: 567 | 4 working visa for company (H1B) starts from 10.1 every year, the company need
to apply for you and get a approval before that.
the problem is there is a quota, and it run out quickly , usually one week
after 4.1 (4.1 is when they start to accept application for H1B each year).
so you can either
1. find a company that willing to apply H1B for you before 4.1, then wait
until 10.1 , you won't be able to work for them before that.
2. find a non-profit organization, they can apply for non-cap H1B, there is
no quota limit, so you can apply any time, and once you get it , start
working right away.
3. if your husband can support you, he doesn't need to be a citizen or green
card holder, according to the new law ( it hasn't been applied yet), once
your spouse with H1B apply for green card and get I140 approved, you as H4
holder, can have a work permit.
4. find a school, most school give CPT after you finish some part of class,
you can work with CPT (that's part-time i believe), then you can apply for
OPT right before you graduate, there is no limit for working with OPT.

很快拿EAD找工作，
男的本身又有工作，
