尤其是expectation (incl. salary?)。比较WS，没当过官，但笔头口头交流都是强项

infrastructure等等。
salary这个东西难道不是你谈offer的时候就negotiate好了的么？我要是你老板，上班
一个月你跟我提新的工资要求我肯定turn off.

not mistaken, VP eventually) - now it's been a month, and he does not even
know his boss's intention of this talk, everything else aside, his
communication with the boss is problematic.
not saying he is stupid, on the contrary I believe he showed his potential
that's why he get his job at the first place.

have you got the big picture of the company in your domain? what's your
vision for future? any plan (short term long term)? resources need to carry
out the plan? etc.
even if you don;t have any of them it's okay. after all it's just 1 month.
in this case, hide your weakness, show your strength and beef up his
confidence to buy yourself more time.But remember, bosses are not stupid (
even though sometimes they seems like that). they know people, that's how
they become bosses.

ps - are you guys still hiring? feels like a pulse check and to decide if
they should hire someone to support you or to lead you

发帖数: 804 | 10 建议在谈话前，先想清楚tech VP如何给公司增加价值，职责是什么。谈话目的和内容
应该由此展开。
比如：
1. 你对所负责产品/服务的评价：市场定位，有点缺点
2. 讨论该产品/服务的下一个阶段目标
3. 如何达到这个目标：产品/服务设计，技术指标，架构，交付渠道，推广渠道，队伍
建设，等等。
4. 询问对方对你的评价和反馈
Salary这个东西，在你有足够的实力时，自然会知道自己应有的身价，无需多想。
