"****(my new company) has received an invoice from XXX (law firm) for fees
associated with your H-1 B petition. Attached please find an invoice from *
*** to you for the charges that are your responsible to pay. **** will
cover the required company fees but the remaining fees are your
responsibility. Attached please find a copy of the itemized invoice for the
fees that are your responsibility. "
Preparation of H1B petition 1650.00
Filing fees as required by USCIS:
I-129 filing fee 325
Fraud Fee 500
Premium processing fee 1225
Total invoice amount : 3700.00
I am in pure shock! I thought that should be Company's respnsibility! Is it
true? Is there some law/rule that I can throw it back to them?? Where do I
get this much money all of a sudden? I just moved apt and paid deposit and
rent.. and I am poor now!
BTW, 我的H1B还没有批下来， ９月１６号收到的，目前网上还查不到
