payable to xxx(my company). If the payment is overdue four(4) weeks, XXXX(
indian company) agrees to pay all expense raised by contractor to collect
payment, not limited to collection agency fee and lawsuit expense.

add a clause that says the non-compete agreement is invalid the day
they are 1 day late with payment.
obligations are two-way. they already take advantage of you to pay after
60 days since invoice. you need some protetion.
