不知道有没有被拒签的案例？ |

如果能过来变卖家产再回国，也还可以接受
就怕被卡在国内，这边的东西全充公了

By the time your visa check is cleared, if your company already desides to
let you go, they wouldn't call the consulate, would they? So you get your
visa stamp and you can enter US again. Unless the US customs officer can be
informed that you are no longer working. But normally they won't know, so
you can still use your I797 card to enter.
But once you have entered, you have no job so your status could become
illegal if you don't find another one quickly. So there are two things you
can do: 1. Find another job ASAP so your H1B can be transfered; 2. Pack and
leave the country for good.
And theoretically, if the company lets you go and you are an H1B holder,
they should pay the flight back to your home country for you as well.

H1B. |
