1)职位相同的人的薪水基本比我高很多。
2)我以前薪水加的快;自从成为telecommuter后,老板对我少重视不少。
3)我的supervisor是个新来的VP,我对她的风格还不熟悉。她本人可能面子也浅。
大家建议以下,如果我提:

ALWAYS HARD TO KNOW THE PAY SCALE IN MY FIELD AS THERE IS NOT MUCH RESEARCH
