Normally German people have 30 days/6week vacation per year.
$2500 for one person for a 2 weeks vacation in Europe is
enough.
the price in Europe isn't that horrible like we supposed,
thanks to the strong dollars.
Dining, even in Paris, is not much more expensive than here
in CA :-(, I mean if you don't drink much
wine and eat too much dessert:-)

Why worry about excessive salt (Sodium chloride)? It's linked to high blood pressure, heart disease and stroke.
How much is too much? Above 2300mg per day, or one teaspoon for not-at-risk
people. Much less for those at risk (family history, age, and so on).
Practically, I go by taste and try to eat as little sodium as I can. I am

i eat half pound of fried egg/egg white/cheesed egg at morning, how much
protein is that? maybe 15 ?
usually 15g at morning + 30g at lunch + 30g at dinner = 75g protein, but
that is just rough number, never count them right..
150-160g of protein for you? i think it is a bit of too much.. that is 1.5g/
1lb, even semi-professional guys don't really take that much, I remember
warren wang(big niu article listed at the top of this board) only took 80g a

对心脏最好的运动是快步走,最优化的跑步是每周10-15迈。
但是要延长7年寿命,需要”moderate exercise daily“,也就是大概每周20-40迈里
程。
考虑到moderate跟too much running还有段距离,因此对身体有害的”too much
running“的意思,保守理解也是每周60迈以上。
对身体有害的频繁和极端跑马,作者没有给出具体的定义。

NEW YORK (AP) — A new government study found deaths from heroin overdose
doubled in just two years in much of the United States.
Overdose deaths from powerful painkillers continue to be much more common,
but they declined slightly as the heroin deaths increased.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released the study Thursday.
One of the study's authors said some opioid painkiller abusers may be
switching to heroin.
