因为他现在帮人搞一个consulting公司(就是那种培训,then假简历,当然我们公司已经
有很多这样的Indian Contractor)，
他们是小公司，又比较新，不是our preferred vendor
需要通过other preferred vendor,也就是把人卖到preferred vendor,
但是那些big vendor, donot usually trust them,
所以我的朋友要我公司老板and other hiring manager的电话和email,
then 我的朋友can talk to hiring manager, then tell the big vendor , he knows
the hiring manager in my company so that the big vendor can send
我的朋友的员工to my company.
我只是一般的员工,
大家觉得我应该做我朋友让我作的吗 | g**e

disclosure. One danger is that once contacts are disclosed, they will be
passed along to many other people in the future. Imagine you be the HM and
keep getting annoying phone calls from vendors. Some people consider that as
harrassment. | G******y

。如果不行的话，看你和老板的关系，关系好可以和老板直接说，不够好的话就算了吧
