lawyer said I need a new H1B instead H1B transfer because the gap is more
than 60 days. Also, I need to go back to China to have visa stamped. As this
is a contract position, the company need people right away. The new H1B
always starts on Oct.1. I am concerned if the company wouldn't even consider
me if I need a new H1B. Is there anyone in similar situation before? Your
suggestions are greatly appreciated. |

，并且他原来的公司不是很懂H1B，没有去REVOKE。 |

is not subject to the cap if your old one was subject to the cap,
your new H1b can start at anytime. |

发帖数: 16 | 8 对，新的签证不需要等10月1日开始。但是公司好像很为难，下周在给大家汇报进展。
另一家公司也说会很困难，不知道会不会因此取消面试。目前唯一作的事就是祷告。不
知道别的人有没有类似的经历来分享一下。先谢过了。 |
