yes you can. what you need to do is a degree evaluation. I think your
lawyer will do that for you--send your diploma to an evaluation agancy to
check if your degree is equal to the BS degree in US. Don't worry. it will
always be equal to a US degree:-) Then just do H1B with it. At least it's
no problem for me. I got my H1B with aChinese BA degree.
