$1375 for a master bedroom in a 3-bedroom corner apartment on the 6th floor
available October 1 to persons of any gender, orientation, or identity.
All utilities included - this includes cable & internet. Lease is month-to-
month. No deposits needed. To move in, you need to pay a $75 application fee
and $200 lease adjustment fee.
The room is 13' x 18', has its own A/C and heater controls, hardwood floors,
three closets, and its own private bathroom. The room can come furnished
with a queen mattress, bookcases, and desks if you choose to keep it.
The apartment is shared with two considerate, young female professionals. It
is extremely large at close to 1,500 sq ft. It faces south and receives lot
of sun light. The apartment also contains a private balcony. I have lived
in this apartment for the past six years and absolutely loved it. It is a
very nice, quiet place with thick walls.
Apartment amenities include 24 hr security, pool access, gym, business
center, and laundry facilities on each floor. Garage parking available for
an additional fee.
Located right next to Van Ness Metro Station on the Red Line. Also one block
away from Giant Food, CVS, Walgreens and Starbucks.
