ok but no perfect. The following is what I did. Hope it will be useful to
some of you.
1. Make sure you have the right subfloor for hardwood floor
2. Buy hardwood floor and open boxes in the room to acclimate hardwood
boards for 1 or 2 weeks (avoid winter to do installation)
3. Remove baseboards
4. Remove carpets
5. If drywall does not directly touch the subfloor, check if the gap

们都不建议直接铺瓷砖。要在vinyl floor上铺层什么水泥板再铺瓷砖。如要铺那种一
块块的可撕下背面的纸直接粘的vinyl tile,也是不能直接铺在vinyl floor上，要先铺
层什么薄板之类的。laminate floor没问题，如果你的vinyl floor很平，蛮牢的，
laminate 可直接铺在vinyl floor上。 |

for more accurate answer.
Simple answer will be: Floor framing only take gravity load. For wood floor,
that will be floor joist or floor truss member. For concrete floor, it
might be floor beam or joist members only taking gravity load.

拿出去了，才发现那一侧的floor也是湿的，而且开车时能看到一薄层水在floor上面晃
动，不知是什么原因。我最近连续开7-8小时的高速，2-3次/周，全部把A/C打开，是从
车外进气而不是空气内循环。不知湿 floor是否为A/C的原因，修车店的人建议我用空
气内循环看看。又有其他修车店的人说是engine heater core的问题,是漏coolant.可
是我没有闻到coolant的味道呀。又有修车店的人说是橡胶胶皮leak，所以水通过
dashboard渗入floor,建议我把全部橡胶胶皮都给检查一遍，这可怎么查呀。
大家伙经常讨论夏天停车后车底盘滴水，可是我怎么是车里面floor渗水，这种情况太
少见了。有经验的人请讲一讲。 |

厨房那小块区域地面和LIVING ROOM 地面有点落差，因为vinyl floor下面有像白色的

about 8 - 10 inches) on the vinyl floor in bathroom (also a laundry room).
I asked a handy man and he told me that if I have matching vinyl floor piece
he can fix it for $120.
The condo was built in 1977. The floor never changed since then. I am not
able to find matching vinyl floor sheet from Lowe's. The owner told me that
he is willing to split the cost with me to change the whole bathroom floor.

amendment,再对这些floor amendment及其衍生amendment投票。amendment in the
nature of substitute最后投票。（如果有amendment in the nature of substitute
，所有的amendment都是针对这个substitute的，而不在是针对初始bill的。）
所以我不太明白为啥LGBT的支持者认为在comittee搞amendment成功的可能性比较大，
因为所有的amendment还是要到floor投票的。而LGBT条款过floor的机会很小。 |

it later on if you don't like it.
Just you know laminated flooring are built to be one time use only, they can
not be refinished a few times like real hard wood flooring. So either cheap
disposable floor or more expensive but longer lasting floor, your call. |

Builder，两个房子lot size一摸一样，房子面积也几乎差不多，Perry的
floor plan感觉稍微好一些，另外就是房子后院朝南，采光可能会好一些，而Village
Builder的房子走向正好反过来的，后院朝北
目前，Perry的房子价格要比Village Builder贵大概10%左右，两家都没有还价余地了
，想问一下，Perry房子的质量以及floor plan要比Village Builder好很多吗？能值10
%的差价吗？

concrete sealer/moisture barrier between the engineered wood floor.
But a google search on lumber liquidor/lowes indicate I should be free of
sealer
Subfloors must be clean and free of dirt, curing compounds, sealers, drywall
mud, paint, wax, grease, urethane, or other materials that may affect the
integrity of the flooring material or adhesives used to install the flooring

很感兴趣的，想学些东西。
我和一些同事Float到Tele Floor好几次，都觉得要比Med Surg Floor轻松一些。不知
是不是因为照顾到我们是Float Nurses，给了我们容易的病人。我是在CA做Night
Shift，Med Surg的护患比例是1：5，Tele是1：4。很多Med Surg病人需要Pain Meds
Q2h，然后Anti-Nausea Meds Q4h，还要上Multiple Antibiotics Q6h-8h，再加上
Blood Sugar Checks，腿都要跑断了。并且有些术后病人因有Cardiac History，也会
上Remote Tele但住在Med Surg Floor，所以有时我们会管4个nonTele和一个Tele，当
然这些Tele病人都是情况相对稳定的。
在我Float到Tele Floor的那几次，我发现那里的病人很少要Pain Meds，Anti-Nausea
Meds，或各种各样的Antibiotics，甚至IV Fluid。一般 |

pretty much worn out. I stayed in this apartment for about two years. Surely

time.

如果地面不平，每次支起后，上面哪个横着的梁都会弯曲，以后慢慢，就和车底平了。
请问，大家如何解决这个问题？
另外，市场上有那种20元钱的compact floor jack，它体积小，不占房屋面积，
也有100元的，但是体积大，
请问大家的喜好。我一直喜欢搞个专业一点的修车的floor jack
