• Provide support to improve processes of ARCD to increase the
efficiency of program/project
implementation
• Assist in the development and tracking of schedules and
milestones
• Provide support that improves the collection of data, assessment
of activities, projects and performance
monitoring of work performed by ARCD and stakeholders
• Review and analyze Research Infrastructure Development (RID)
proposals and progress reports.
• Conduct research Award Panels
• Write summary reports, solicitations, and review and analyze
proposals for ARCD awards.
• Develop program and project plans for ARCD
• Develop and conduct orientation for new Space Grant Directors.
Maintain updated program presentations
and training materials to onboard the new Directors and support the
Director of ARCD
• Assist ARCD Program Manager in preparing for meetings, which
includes logistics, correspondence,
presentations, briefings, and note-taking, etc.
• Assist ARCD Program Manager and Senior Analysts with procurement
processing, which includes
compliance, review of budget submissions for reasonableness, accuracy, and
conformance with procedures
and guidelines and assist with the preparation of award packages; in
addition to providing the necessary
follow-up.
Required Skills:
• Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM); PhD preferred
• 5-7 Years of experience in the area of research and designing
experimental procedures for solving
problems. (Design, Analysis and Implementation)
• Experience in NASA and/or educational environments preferred
• Good organizational skills and must be able to work in a team
setting
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• US Citizenship required |
