out 的时候，C 发现1个月的
UTILITY SHARE 下来 竟然要被扣掉250， 因为 A一直控制着pepco/Comcast accounts,
所以要求和A对对账单。
EMAIL 来来去去的，最后实在烦了， 君子还是小人，MONEY面前很难界定。其实，250
也不是什么大不了的事情，就
