我即将去NIST做博士后，所以要找房子。因为我夫人到时候也过来，所以最好还是住1
bed room的。我打电话第一个问的就是brighton village 这一家，他们也有空置的。
但是要定下来现在就要现交250美元的定金。我想问问网上的朋友，这个是不是一个很
好的选择，在NIST周围是不是还有比这个更好的呢？这个会不会太奢侈了呢？（原价
1080， NIST的打9折，一个月972美元）。谢谢先！
