If you find 他们米you钱, yell loudly out immediately to them.
If you find 他们gave you 钱,just sing a song and count the money twice with your wife before sleep, put the money under your pillow, and then sleep with smile, as it is their trouble, not yours. :-)

发帖数: 15010 | 18 Seriously, you wont get sued for such thing, as it is the title company's responsibility, not yours, to make sure that everything is correct and accurate. You all paid the title for such service. Many Americans do not even understand the listed items in the form
or not know how to calculate these #. Not many assume that you as client would re-calculate these #.

major is computer science.
Actually HUD1 gives all the details and right number. Stupid settlement
company paid $6000 more to my previous loan company.

2) loan office did right thing.

What I did:
After I checked my new loan account and made sure of that everything in this
account is right, I sent out email to my loan officer. She forwarded my
email to the settlement company.
and response of the settlement company:
the settlement company claimed the $6000 is theirs.

其实，美国公司这样的 Mistake 有很多的，尤其与钱有关的，一个小小的 Bug，可以
亏很多，也可以挣很多。所以大家还得盯仔细了，不要被那些公司的一个小小的 Bug
弄亏了。

明情况。这不Settlement公司立马回了一邮件。
I checked in our system and found that $6000.00 more were sent to ZZZZ by
mistake. Total Payoff should have been $xxx,xxx.xx. Wire was sent in the
amount of $xxy,xxx.xx. So we sent $6000.00 more. That is why borrower got
more refund.
今天我已将支票寄回。 |
