county), once approved and recorded in a registry of deeds, it is generally
deemed to have created the parcels of land identified on the plat itself.
Subdivision can be done either before or after the purchase of the land, please be advised not all 2 acre land can be divided 2 x 1 acre lot to 建两个房子, there are many restrictions need to be met first. Shape of the land and access (etc) may prevent you from doing what you want. You better check out the rules first, or ask a realtor, (many on this board, right?)

be able to get it on the MRIS unless you put in an offer as soon as it's
listed.
If you see something seemingly good on the market (and still active), it is
almost always the case that there's something wrong with it (flood zone,
agricultural zoning, no utilities, etc). |
