标 题: 高手指点：打算买房。

潜了这么久的水，终于按耐不住了。冒出来说一下自己买房的想法。
本人F1, 计划年底毕业（或者明年年初，depends 找工作情况）。看着现在美国房市这
么低迷，蠢蠢欲动想买房已经好久了。鉴于不知道水深浅，迟迟不敢下水。列出自己的
information，各位有经验的高手给指点一二。
1、address：本人所住地区再north virginia。靠近DC. 计划在大华府周围找工作（我
们这个专业着这片地区十分好找工作）。Questions：这片地区房价相对比较高，是不
是泡沫也比较大啊？现在出手，时机合适吗？
2、money: have about 90K saving in USA. and also have nearly 400K RMB annual
income in China. Plus,now i am a GA for graduat |

house.
About the mortagage, science it depends on my income, maybe it will be a
problem.

DC area. Hope I am lucky enough. About $$, I used to work in china before i
came to US.

发帖数: 4291 | 6 It could be a problem for you to get a loan before you get a job (or a
consistent income).
First 3 priorities when considering buying a real-estate property: location,
location, and location. I would recommand Fairfax county (especially Great
Falls, McLean, Falls Church, Fairfax City areas ...)
You need an agent! (I have a friend who is a part-time real agenct and is
helping me looking for houses, he covers all closing costs for his clients.
