US embassy in Vancouver. But when I
tried to cross border this afternoon, they rejected me due to no canada visa
and sent me back to US.
Could someone clarify? is there any law document we can refer to? Or am i
wrong from beginning?

"Canadian consulate in the US" and click on the visa section, then you will
have everything you need there. |
