H1b stamp before my OPT expires. I planned to go back to shanghai to
activate it this March.
But I just heard that If your passport expires before your H-1B approval
notice, the immigration officer at the port of entry will only stamp the I-
94 up to the expiration date of the passport. Since my passport will expire
in June 2010, does this mean I have to go back again in 2010 before June?

Or just go to Mexico and come back with a new I94?
