Consulate about 1:20PM. There was a long line outside. By 2:30PM we finally
got into the building. Please be sure to add enough minutes to parking meter
before 3PM, after which you are no longer allowed to get back in for any

因此想请教各位，当时给宝宝办passport前是否要先办SSN的？以及这两样东西分别需

only recently issued passports have passport book numbers (maybe after 2009?
don't quote me on this.) It's probably not a big deal if the passport
