发帖数: 275 | 2 RICHMOND不一定有中国REALTOR。去年一个印度同事在VIRGINIA COMMONS MALL
买了二十万出头的新房。那里交通巨方便，据说去DC就一个半小时。

那看来大家买房都用鬼子Agent了？ //sigh...

Hermitage is not the best HS in Henrico County. The MS (I forgot its name) was
the gang school according to my realtor.
VA Commons will not be a good place as new Malls/Outlets are being built in
West End - Pump Towncenter and another one just south of James River along
150.
Go and shop in Godwin, Deep Run, Freeman,Tucker high school areas.
I used an American agent. I can give you her name if you want.

Elem School: LONGDALE
Midd School: BROOKLAND
High School: HERMITAGE
查了一下Henrico County的SOL Score，这仨学校都是平均分偏下。
看来是不怎么地...
