索, 那个头大 - 太多了. 只好先向这里的xdjm们先请教一下:
Richmond downtown 的周边哪个区域比较好一些? 偶想就在离downtown 5 个 mile 以内
的范围里找. 大致发觉有这么几个区域, 请熟悉的xdjm给个建议. 偶最主要关心安全,
要可以领着小家伙在旁边随便走走的.
1. James 河南边, 150 和 60 的东北, 好像是称作Westover Heights.
2. Fan / West End. 好象是比较高级的地方, 不过有些贵, 值不值啊?
3. East of downtown, 197 和 33 交叉的附近地区
4. Downtown 正北. VUU 北面一点的地方.

So it is better for you to be careful.
Many crime happened in Fan and East.
If you have kids, West End is a nice place to live.

the city is safer. South of downtown seems to be criminals' paradize.
