Dear Fellow USTCers,
Many of us have got used to various USTs
popping up around China. We thought that
as long as we still keep the C, we are still
the most prestigious and authentic UST in the
Chinese world.
Well, no more, a small technical institute in
Taiwan is trying to take the name USTC starting
