It is very nice to see so many USTCers caring about USTC
and long term development of USTCAF. Here is my 2 cents:
1. I agree that the most serious crisis in USTC is the
fading quality of faculty members. So we need to put
more resource in this area in the future.
2. To set up any new program, we need to raise NEW money
for it, because we can only spend around 15% of the total
