AF's vision should be extended to at least next 50 to 100
years of USTC instead of current only.
One go to Harvard is not because he will have some top notch
classmates but because Harvard could give him the best
education and best chance of future social competition
(reputation).
Af should focus more on how to retain an excellent source of
faculty. More important, not faculty good
