The Alumni Foundation achieved something, but can be a lot
more helpful in making USTC an excellent university in China
and around the world.
I think we should change AF to need-based, not score-based.
The college entrance exam is just one measure of a student's
potential. It maybe a good and fair one, but not an accurate
