People buy unserialized 80 percent receivers and finish them at home with a

Like the bump stock. Ohio columbus bump stick ban was struck down by local
court as unconstitutional since a bump stock is an accessory that does not
change the operating mechanism of the firearm it attaches to. |

如果合法制造，3D 打印又有什么特殊了？
而且国会不可能禁这个的，联邦任何管制枪支法律的宪法基础是 Commerce Clause，如
果国会想立法限制这种自造自用、一点不涉及跨州商业的枪，首先通不过宪法检验。各
个州倒是可以分别禁。

1. 帖3D文件是完全合法的。不应该禁止。这是言论自由的一部分。除非煽动对特定个
体立即实施暴力，任何言论都是合法的。words do not kill.
2. 可以禁止全塑料枪。ATF网站有列一段法律，X光扫不出来的枪好像已经是非法的。
那么3D打印全塑料枪就是非法的，因果其产品是不可以拥有的。一旦组装完成，那个人
就违法了。这个liberty pistol除了子弹就是全塑料的。除非打印用的塑料里加辅料能
够在X光下成像。
但是不可以禁止帖3D文件。
3. 这个liberty pistol根本不是个事。体积大，不易隐藏，口径小，威力有限，一根
枪管只能打一发，打完了要重新组装枪管。那个塑料弹簧卷不知能用几次。就是个玩具
。左煤和左政就是借题发挥。
最后任何法律都是管好人的，对蓄意行凶的都没用，不然一句“shall not kill"就天
下大同了。
