A Chattanooga man is among three people arrested related to the violent
protests in Charlottesville, Virginia Saturday.
ADVERTISING
Virginia State Police arrested 21-year-old Troy Dunigan of Chattanooga and
charged him with disorderly conduct.
Police also arrested Jacob Smith, of Lousia, Virginia and charged him with
misdemeanor assault and battery.
They also arrested James O'Brien of Gainesville, Florida and charged him
with carrying a concealed handgun.
Dunigan has a criminal history in Hamilton County and was arrested in
February 2017 for violating probation. He was charged with theft in 2015.
