homeowners association where Trayvon Martin was killed may not stay secret.

George Zimmerman's defense took its quest to depose the Trayvon Martin's
family attorney to the Fifth District Court of Appeal.

A settlement was reached last week in the lawsuit filed by Martin's parents
against the homeowners association of the Sanford subdivision where the teen
was killed.
According to Seminole County Clerk of Courts Maryanne Morse, she does not
think that the settlement meets the standards of confidential filing, so she
intends to make it public in 10 days.
Morse wrote a letter to Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump detailing her
plan.
However, before the document was placed into the court file on Thursday,
Crump edited the total dollar figure paid by the association from the 12-
page document.
The settlement is believed to be more than $1 million.
Martin was shot to death in February 2012 by George Zimmerman, a
neighborhood watch volunteer at the Twin Lakes Townhomes in Sanford.
Zimmerman is now charged with second-degree murder. He claims it was self-
defense
