bond ought to be (it all seems quite arbitrary to me) but the bottom line is
that once again, George Zimmerman may be bailed out assuming he can raise

支持判Zimmerman刑的朋友认为是Zimmerman 故意找黑小孩事，打不过黑小孩，就打死
了人。支持Zimmerman无罪的朋友基本观察了冲突中Zimmerman被打，拔枪自卫的故事主
线。双方都有一定道理。但是我觉得作为中国来留学工作的普通人，我们应该支持判
Zimmerman无罪。
首先Zimmerman是不具有杀人动机的。从一个自己有枪，报警后尾随的人的角度想这个
问题，他只有两个目的，要么赶走Martin，要么拦住Martin,再次报警让警察来处理。
他当然允许自己拔枪自卫，但是绝不是想把这次机会当成racial profile之后杀人的大
好机会。
其次，Martin打人是黑人小孩很常见的行为。这是和他们成长环境有关的，确实对于他
们种族是较常见的。不少中国人见了黑人害怕，也是因为黑人对其他弱小的人经常动手

充任。在法庭上双方要尽量展示自己一方的证据，以求他们的观点被这些普通人所接受
从而作出对己方有利的判决。所以满脸都写着聪明两个字的人，和法律知识特别丰富的
人，都不太可能被挑选为陪审员。
因为对陪审团的预期是他们的智力和知识水平都一般，所以法官给陪审团在闭门讨论时
的指示就十分重要，这些指示包括以下主要内容：
1. 被告被控的罪名，和陪审团可以有的选项（可定哪些罪，或者无罪）。
2. 被控的罪名含义和要满足定罪标准所需要的充分条件。
3. 讨论时的注意事项与规则。

reporting on George Zimmerman. Zimmerman is suing NBC, NBC correspondents
Ron Allen and Lilia Rodriguez Luciano, and Jeff Burnside, a reporter for the

3，案件发生时间地点，Zimmerman所在小区是有Gate的，你在雨天夜里看到陌生黑人无

由于最近小区有多次入室偷盗，Zimmerman比较警惕，看到了小尼格，通过其神态步伐
等判断其可能是喝药了，属于烂仔一族， 因此非常注意，就跟了上去
小黑也注意到了自己被跟踪，于是先躲了一下观察一下。 结果笨蛋Zimmerman就给跟丢了
在这个过程中他一直跟当地警局接线员（非执法officer)保持通话，接线员建议他“不
