发帖数: 3435 | 8 挺有用的，这种搞联邦的直接就上最高法院了，只要判违法，这个法案就挂了，想翻案
就基本没可能了，只能靠高院自己再改判。而且在宣判前还可以申请暂停执行法案。 |
