共涉及5辆车。我liability insurance, 只能等肇事者保险来赔，可是肇事者
insurance coverage总共只有一万块，要按受损比例来赔我们前面的四辆车。可是已经
过去一年多了，肇事者保险公司总是说其中一辆车的车主总是不回应，无法取得他的
property damage report.需要把所有涉案车辆的受损信息都收集到，才能按比例赔付
。这样永远拖下去如何是好，如果其中有一方永远不回应，或者死亡，总要有个时间限
制，有个结果吧。保险公司还说没有时间限制。
据说过了两年就不能sue 任何人，也不能sue保险公司了，不知道是不是这样。我
property damage 一共有6千多，不知道在保险公司理赔之前能不能sue the person at
-fault in small claim court.
请各位大侠指点一二，不胜感激。 |

这样的问题我欢迎大家来讨论，这种医患关系正是我们每天都要面对的， 回避是不可
能的。 大家把想法提出来，讨论的结果不一定给患者一个满意的答复，当然我们也没
有这个业务。但如果通过这样的讨论，大家能汲取教训，学习怎样让自己成为一个让病

这个世界千变万化，什么样的人都有，什么样的想法也都见怪不怪。 大家小心谨慎，
时刻把safety牢记在心。 错误天天发生，negligence到处都有， 如果你google一下医
院/药房的错误率， 你会被吓死。 包括我在内， 没有一个医生敢保证不犯错误，除非
你是圣人。 理论上，每个人都可以被sue， 每个错误可以被sue。
我一直想， 为什么对医生的处罚不可以用行政手段？罚款归国家？ 因为病人如果因为
意外不能工作，是国家的medicare/medicaid来帮助这些人。 现在的制度是大家都可以
sue， 没准赢了就发财， 输了也无所谓。 如果让他们写信到医院去抱怨， 恐怕没多
少人愿意费这个时间。 |

，我觉得有必要说一下。
也许，这个公司在你眼里真是个垃圾公司，跟你有各种不平等条约。但是，首先你要搜
集材料来证明这些条约确实是不平等的。对于你列举的情况，我没有看出有啥问题，你
签订了工作合同，欺骗公司而不去工作，也不明确通知公司你不去上班，没有工作交接
，那你有没有考虑过公司的损失谁来承担？也许你觉得你刚入职，公司没损失，但是这
种想法在法律面前可能站不住脚。
另外，如果你真要sue这个公司，那可能你需要把你的合同拿给律师过目，让他们评估
这个到底是不是霸王合同。另外，公司有没有其他违规，包括不支付工资和其他允诺福
利。这样在法庭你的胜算比你纠结于那个不给他们工作就收5000要大很多
最后，如果你有证据证明他们伪造你的简历，那就赶紧sue他们吧，我相信这里有很多
人会感谢你的。 |

. If he went that far, see what evidence the buyer has.
Also, LZ could sue his own agent for incompetent representation in failure
to disclose as well.
In any case, this thing is subject to negociation. Maybe the buyer won't go
as far as a lawsuit and be willing to settle for far less than 5000.
