2010 年,IT 组在新老义工的努力下,除了提供日常的IT 服务外,也在一些新的项目
上取得
了一定进展。
目前我们有一批比较稳定的能够提供基本IT 服务的义工,负责管理邮件群,WIKI,
JIRA 等
各类账户和密码设置,也有一个培训新人的流程.
我们清理了OCEF 信箱, 删除了很多长期不用的邮箱, 换取了磁盘空间,同时还配合募
捐组
在年度募捐和年底节假日期间,给捐款人和义工发送募捐邮件。
IT 组继续支持Esys,上传1 对1 学生信息, 根据新网站,修正了一些Esys 内部的链接
,提
供捐款报告。
人力系统得到了进一步改进, 所有义工都可以登录更新自己的联络信息,同时还添加
了一
个骨干义工身份的更新界面,为财务报销系统提供基础。
安装了管理源代码的subversion 软件. 以后所有OCEF 自己开发的软件都将用
subversion 来
管理.
在线报销的财务系统, 一直在断断续续地开发过程中,虽然取得了进展,但是还是未能
完成,
计划在2011 年应该可以完成。
从人员上来说, IT 虽然也面临义工流失的现象, 但是也有一批保留了下来, 比较稳定,
今后
面临的主要挑战,仍然是助学系统的完善和与Esys 的合并。
In 2010, the IT group made significant progress on new projects in addition
to their routine services.
Right now we have a group of reliable volunteers to provide fundamental IT
service like managing emails and monitoring WIKI, JIRA accounts, and a
training procedure for new volunteers.
We re-organized OCEF mailbox, updated the space and sent donation letters
during annual donation-collection events and holidays to support donation
group.
IT group continuously supports Esys development and uploads One-to-One
student information. According to the requirement of new website, we updated
some internal links to provide donation reports.
Human resource system had been improved to allow all volunteers to update
their personal information. We also added an updating window of key member
information that will provide base support for the reimburse system.
We installed the Subversion, a system that will monitor all OCEF developed
software in the future.
An online financial reimburse system, which is under continues construction,
is expected to be completed in 2011.
Although we are facing the lost of volunteers, a group of long-term members
will continuously serve for OCEF. The primary challenge will still be to
improve the education assisting system and merge with Esys smoothly.
