are from. They need to protect their assets (even though these are not
really their assets in any way) just in case they are in too much trouble
and can not operate anymore. Why would they give your money back if they
feel they are going broke with the penalty and fines? Where you are from
does not matter. On the other hand, if non-us player can withdraw, us
player will be able to get their money sooner or later in the end.
Everyone should be on the same boat regardless where you are from. |

ftp will eventually give up us market, it is very safe to assume that
everyone
will be able to withdraw their money at some point, like party poker's exit.

player can get their money, US player will get their money too in the end.
There is no need to worry. If they are still going to operate their
business which they probably would, our money should be safe.
On the other hand, if you really really want to play and poker sites are
still going to operate outside of US, you can always open
an account using your chinese address and play with vpn. after all playing
on-line poker is not illegal in US. Of course without US market, there
will be a lot less fish there, but life continues.

2) 最近的存取款严重问题都还没有解决，何况现在更难找到不怕死的processors；
3) 说实话，俺也怀疑FTP能有那么多现钱来应付这种挤兑的情况。
所以，资金冻结是肯定的。
这件事的最终结果：
1)官司赢，概率很小。那么钱不会有问题，FTP可能还会补偿大家一点来平息怨气。但
是前面说过，这个官司不会短期有结果；
2)官司旷日持久，最有可能的情况。那钱也是个大问号；
3)官司输掉，概率也很大。FTP可能会宣告破产或者其他某种方式(比如出售欧洲业务给
其他公司，或者换个壳)赖掉美国的帐(政府的罚款，和牌友的钱)。这可能是对大家来
说最悲惨的结果，不过真到那份上，FTP估计不会顾及什么脸皮问题。以前Eurolink还
是什么的类似站点也干过相同的事情，卷铺盖跑人。

基本来说打online poker的还是要考虑到这样的风险的
不过对我来说幸好FTP没有扣成我的钱，就算把我账号上的钱卷走，我也没有很大损失
