前倾，送球follow through多一些，pace大，但容易出界。
通常都是跑动的时候就把拍子举高，这样很自然的转身就可以打了；看录像pro都是平
拖拍子转身要击球的时候才把拍子举高，到底哪种好？ |

through the ball. If not, then it maybe one of reasons why your shots are
short.
