speed of ball, but the speed of the stroke and the preparation), the longer
the arm, the slower to finish the swing.
Strength is never associated with single-handed, in fact most great single-
handed players are not strong.

timing是最重要的。胳膊越长，timing越难。
单反和双反对步伐要求其实是一样的。单反击球时可以偷半步，但是回位慢了一步。双
反则相反
