They help a lot. Without them, my knees hurt for a week after one night's play
. With the braces, my knees do not hurt at all after playing. I have knee
problems.
I also use heel pads in my shoes.

The material is good and not a lot of sweat will be caught in. If you are
not bothered by it, just wear it.
I went to a specialist doctor in regard to my knee pain, he recommended that
I quit playing tennis. With the knee braces I have, I do not have to quit
now. |

It will affect your movement a little. The main functin of the brace is to
transfer the impact from the upper leg muscle/bone directly to your lower
leg's, by-passing your knee joints. Therefore your knee does not see that
much impact, which is the main cause of the knee pain and problems. |

of relatives and got bored so we played some tennis.
