就是球bounce的时候，应该已经完成好setup最起码，如果想击球早些的话，
拍头都应该是在向下drop的开始了。
有时候bounce时候，你的脚还在调整，这样就比较晚了。
相比起来，正手有时晚，反手是一直都晚，呵呵。 |

发帖数: 16592 | 6 自己一个人用发球机好点儿，因为定时的，基本8，9不离10有个概念。
我现在就在做，基本可以差不多判断出出球的时刻，提早点跳。
做ss，立刻觉得cover到的面积大很多，而且节奏感好很多，还不觉得肌肉累，
不过另外一种累，完全不同，打不了一个load，就上气不接下气，
我觉得完全是一种有氧了，
我准备加强跑步了，跑了一个多月了，3个mile还不能一口气下来，我一直太懈怠了。
有时候说，今天打了球就不跑了，晒网很多。

过总体来说，打得很不错，尤其是正手，Footwork也不错。另外这个型号的Camera拍慢
动作基本够用了。

所以应该是出球时，已经开始下落了，然后就可以决定迈哪条腿了。
所以我是尽可能这么去做，不过不是每次都那么准确，
不过即使不准确，ss了就不不ss强，真的。

一个问题就是210 fps的文件太大，20分钟就有700meg. 上载之前还要压缩。推荐买个
备用电池+16G SD卡。

发帖数: 4225 | 13 干吗总想打上升点呢，校队水平的选手击上升点的几率也就50-60%（可能还更低，我忘
了我那个朋友当时说的具体多少）。
整体击球不错， 反手有降拍头，就是你的发球机出来的球都很高，你击球的时候整个
人基本是站直的，这样打起来很累，用不到多少下肢的力量。反手有些球击球点离身体
太远，整个人都倾斜了。

发帖数: 4225 | 20 you need to try combination of speed, height and spin. Normally I like to
have the ball height at net clearance about 1 meter. Increase the speed if
the ball lands shallow, or put more top spin if the ball is too deep.
You can also move the ball machine into the court, which allows you lower
the speed (less pace) and have the deep balls. I like to do this specially
when I am doing the left and right oscillation, because by shortening the
distance, you cut off the angle a lot.

今年刚回来depressed了快一个月，是逼着自己去打球的，要不更depress。
其实最近刚刚开始打得多些，而且是主动地打得多些。
而且每次除了周六，都是2个小时左右，和pro们没法比啊，和那些high schooler
都没法比。
不过实话实说，的确比除了加州其他地方的兄弟姐妹条件好。

dpg 如果时间充足，应该考虑仿效FYB, 开个clinic, 在网版广收门徒。将来可以加入
USPTA， 考虑second career.

normal speed, you either take the ball at shoulder height or way too low...
Otherwise, you are fine. Basically it is another timing issue. |

Not sure what grip you use, but your forehand looks lack of plowing
through. Also your contact point is too high. If you are used to
hitting at that high, it's better to use windshield wiper forehand
form.
From your slow motion video I don't see you hit insideout direction
often (or even down-the-line). If you can't hit that then you need
to practice.
Overall the forehand is pretty good.
Backhand is stable. It might look a little nicer to loose the wrist
in following through, but I wouldn't worry about that currently.
I like your backhand more than forehand.

我的grip好像是eastern和semi-western之间，教我打球的朋友过来的球全是上旋，结
果击球点高的习惯养成了。早点弄个camera就好了。

和正手差不多，你的击球点太高，所以必须掂着脚往前压。
如果和你打的话，我会送你反手低球。你低球不会也单腿吧？ |

有几个球明显贴身体较近，有几个又较远。
