到两个不同的地方去打的。
收获是进一步把我的reverse forehand提高了，现在都有点打上隐了，自己稍微慢点都
能用reverse forehand打回去。以前我基本不打reverse forehand，但不知为什么，自
从跟单反mm打球之后，我就不自觉的会打reverse forehand了。可能很多原因是有时自
己跟不上她的节奏，结果被逼出来了。
还有就是running forehand也有了感觉，不过打小角度斜线还是打不太好，主要还是在
大范围的跑动中拍面还是没有控制好。而且我的running forehand很多时候都是打直线
，所以还是稍微慢了半拍。 footwork footwork!!! |

，我不就惨了。
累死了，睡觉去了，明天还得早起上班。

reverse forehand应急用还是很不错的，我是尝到甜头了。

dominates.

I started doing that since I played with the mm a few weeks ago. I don't do it much unless I am late or try to do a running forehand.
Did not know how I learned to do it though.

At least I was not intentionly to use the reverse forehand, and I was most
likely forced too. You can find some youtube videos to show you how to do
it, better than someone like me to tell you, lol

of reverse forehands
1. your arm straight up: this is what normally people do and the ball will
have very high bounce.
2. your arm pushes forward and then up: this will add more pace to the ball
so the ball will be faster with high bounce. Nadal does it a lot.

aweful. But yesterday somehow my arm was able to go higher and above my
head. I will start practicing more running forehand to cut the small cross
angle, which I think will be very cool, hehe.
Nadal do #2 all the time and I saw a real example here (a black dude always
hit like that). It is just not recommended.

发帖数: 10373 | 20 Previously with K90, I did #2 a lot normally and #1 when I was out of position . But after I switched to KPS88, I didn't do it anymore because it would be too tired to put the heavy racket above the head all the time :P

it is a bit lighter.

is totally different. I did swing K95 previously and just felt too light for
me.
