unexpected bringer of relief in Myanmar and China."
The report refers to many non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that help
out, but points out Tzu Chi foundation in particular.
The last paragraph has: "Master Cheng Yen, a Buddhist nun who founded the
organisation [Tzu Chi] in 1966, teaches that charitable givers must thank
