主要这套出租房close的费用哪些可以算tax deductible?比如HUD里面的settlement
charges (origination
charge,appraisal fee, title charges, government recording and transfer tax,
survey fee; HOA dues;interest charge等等),还有房子inspection fee,新冰箱等
等。还有contract sales price包括了从builder买的washer和dryer,可以再expense
里报tax deductible吗?
还有depreciation和amortization,我用taxACT最基本的软件,都没有提示我如何具体
的把这写添表,请问我要用啥软件会提示我更具体的填写这些expense? |

将来是要还给租客的,但turbo软件说security deposit算收入,不合理啊。 |

比如两年前你收了deposit,但去年tenant搬走了然后你keep了这个deposit,那么这个
deposit就算作你去年的收入。
