风险。自己定夺，别人谁也代替不了
买房子出租，普通华人老太太，一个人就可以买房租房，好几个都可以，无需动脑子。
股票不一样，老太太就不一定能搞定。房价有上限，股票很多选择，灵活，相对来说，
基本没上限。 |
