modle S 和 model X用的18650，按每周2000辆，每辆80kwh算， 每周平均电池需求量
是0.16 GWh，这个在2017年已经达到了。
model 3用的2170电池，按每周5000辆， 每辆60kwh算，每周电池需求量是0.3 Gwh。
Panasonic如果电池产量到年底只增长30%，不算好消息，和去年比，电池生产能力要增
长200%才符合预期。

Gigafactory现在的设计产能是35GW, 周产7000辆以后基本上就接近上限了。30%就是周
产万辆而已。

Of course I saw/knew it. My point is the expansion was already known by the
public almost 2 years ago.
