足够每股发四块， 剩下的还能维持每股每年挣一块利润。估计坐庄的都不敢引火上身
， 炒这个或者CGA。
这公司说三四月的时候发红利。 我估计今年他们准备技术性违规， 自己降到PINK
SHEET去。 |

quarter, an angry investor asked about this question, and they promised to
consider dividend when the annual report is prepare, typically in March/
April.
There is no proof this company is a scam. This is a company with $150M+ net
cash ($210M-60M), and 50M market cap. So there are two possibilities:
1. this is a scam
2. This has been deeply undervalued for many many years, and the management
is too stupid to privatize this and earn $100M cash overnight
With all said, this stock may still go up and may go up a lot. I don't want
to discourage you today, and to find out the stock goes to $10 tomorrow.

偶还记得tstc 也是市赢率极低，当年炒到20多，现在1毛多。本版还有人问过，当时3
快多，不知后来买了没有
