You shall receive a xxx stock option grant. These options will vest equally
over a 4 years period. There is no
prorate vesting of options outside of the anniversary dates. The strike
price will be determined based on fair
market value and is set by xxx's board of Directors and Auditors. You must
be employed with xxx in order for
the option to vest. The options are subject to the terms and conditions of
xxx Options Policy.
