last Saturday. They said I must wait until tomorrow (Tuesday). Is it normal?
Again I cannot do any operation again today.

非要我等CHECK CLEARED,明明是银行打通了,银行
BALANCE上的钱多的很,还要我等CHECK CLEARANCE.

today.
Once, 在一个大跌的日子，I also cannot use Money Direct in Scottrade. I
called them; they said their service was down on that specific day. So when
it is a good time to buy/sell, Scottrade does not want us to have any
operation.
Like Shorting a stock, when it is good to short, you always cannot borrow
stock from Scottrade. When it is a bad situation, it is very easy to borrow
stock. So be cautious with Scottrade.

MONEY DIRECT就直接强行买了,当时就说我
RESTRICTED了,不过我还是买了,可能今天被PUNISHED了
